  Had Texas heating and air out to my house twice. The first time they came out the service guy didn't even attempt to trouble shoot my issue. He just told my wife that if it's working at the time that their was nothing he could do. I called the tech and asked why he couldn't trouble shoot the issue while the ac was running, and he rudely told me if i had any suggestions he was all ears. Then he proceeded to tell me that if he could remember he would try to schedule somthing for the next day. The second time, they sent two techs that taped up some of my wires on my unit with electrical tape and said they couldn't find a problem. I requested a new company through my home owners warranty and they diagnosed the problem and had the parts and my ac fixed the next day. I don't know whether they are lazy or incompetent but either way you would be better served with another company.
